URGENT MESSAGE FROM MDSFA

From this weekend onwards ALL competition teams (U10 & ABOVE) will conduct card checks prior to the kick off in their matches.

Teams should be directed to take the field five minutes prior to kick off and check the registration card visually against the player in front of them but also against the details listed on the match card. Often players will have a registration card but be listed as someone else on the match card. The MDSFA and LCC would like to ensure that there is no opportunity for people to abuse the system or indulge in cheating. Any Coaches, Managers, Players or Clubs found to be guilty of such practices will be SEVERELY dealt with.

LCC members will be conducting random checks at grounds from this weekend to ensure that the required procedure is being followed.

Please ensure that all of your club’s teams are aware of this requirement.

Please note that referees are not responsible for any action regarding anomalies found during card checks.

Clubs are reminded that, from this weekend onwards, the NO CARD, NO PLAY edict applies.

Club Registrar will have new cards ready at Liquidamber from 8am Saturday.

SPORTS RAGE – ZERO TOLERANCE (PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS)

MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF THE LOCAL COMPETITION. The MDSFA will be adopting a zero tolerance policy towards incidents involving sports rage, abuse of officials in any capacity and any other anti social behavior. Read the official letter sent to all clubs.

GROUND STATUS UPDATES
Narellan Rangers is moving up there with technology. We are pleased to be able to offer our members a new service which will keep you informed as to grounds status conditions using Twitter. We now have the ability to change the Ground Status of any field LIVE!.

Simply click the "Grounds Status" button on the top right of the home page to view up to the second information from us.

If you are familiar with Twitter, then feel free to follow us or even easier, add our RSS feed to your browser or email software (If it supports RSS feeds). If you are really tech savy, add our updates to your iPhone!
